Privacy policy

Apply Dart is a career product of Advaitha LLC. We built it for job seekers who need tailored resumes and application tracking — not a data marketplace.

What we collect

Account details, resume and profile content you upload, jobs you clip or paste, and recruiter messages forwarded to your personal sync address. We use that data to tailor resumes, score fit, and update your pipeline.

What we do not do

We do not sell your resume or profile data. We do not train public models on your documents. Forwarded email bodies are treated as sensitive: stored encrypted at rest, and unparsed raw MIME is not kept longer than 30 days.

Your control

You can delete your account and associated content. Questions: see Contact / Support.
